Numpay LLC (“Numpay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a decentralized payment platform that enables instant, zero-fee global money transfers using blockchain technology. Our services include a web-based and mobile application for sending and receiving funds via email or phone number.

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check periodically for updates. Continued use of Numpay following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use Numpay, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you use Numpay on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent and bind that organization to these Terms.

Numpay is a non-custodial, decentralized application. We do not store or have access to your private keys, funds, or wallet credentials.

Our services include:

• Instant blockchain-based transfers
• Email/phone-based sending and receiving
• Zero-fee cross-border transactions
• Smart contract-based security features

Users are solely responsible for managing their own private keys and wallet access.

You agree not to misuse the Numpay platform. Prohibited behaviors include (but are not limited to):

• Engaging in illegal transactions or activities
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt our systems
• Sending or receiving funds derived from illicit sources
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating others
• Circumventing security protocols or usage limitations

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the platform.

Numpay offers fee-free transfers. However, you are responsible for any blockchain network (“gas”) fees incurred during transactions. These fees vary by network conditions and are not retained by Numpay.

If we introduce paid features in the future, users will be notified in advance with transparent pricing.

Numpay does not hold user funds, does not store private keys, and cannot recover lost accounts. If you lose access to your wallet or private credentials, we are unable to assist in recovery.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. Always back up your keys and wallet access credentials securely.

All content, branding, user interface, source code, and documentation on the Numpay platform are the intellectual property of Numpay LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Usage of Numpay does not grant you any ownership or license beyond what is expressly permitted.

Numpay may interact with or rely on third-party blockchain networks, wallet providers, or messaging tools. We do not control these services and are not liable for their performance, availability, or behavior.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Numpay for any violation of these Terms or if your actions pose a risk to the platform or other users.

You may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numpay LLC. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds or private keys
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Security breaches or transaction failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you will not exceed any amount paid by you to Numpay in the past twelve months (if any).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Numpay LLC., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the USA (or insert your jurisdiction). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
